Zero point. It was recommended to me so I gave it a shot. The initial process was fine but then certain apps stopped working including my main messenger app that I use for work. The customer service was good at first but every time a new problems occurred they made me jump through the same hoops that didn't even work the first time. I wasted so much time for nothing. Then I requested a refund less than 24 hours after the set up and was denied for "using too much data". Do not recommend honestly.

Easy to use, easy to install. But the coverage and service in Japan sucked. Slow speeds constantly. We travelled between Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Hiroshima over 3 weeks. The issues were persistent in cities and out of them, it made for a very annoying experience. Note that I tried restarting my phone multiple times as per troubleshooting, it made no difference. Edit: spent an hour with the live support, who were helpful, but ultimately there was no problem, they just provide a slow network

Fantastic! I do not hesitate to recommend. They had me covered all over Europe where Verizon left me stranded. Troubleshoot chat is fast and excellent. I signed up and installed it from my hotel room. If you're stranded in a foreign country, this is your solution. Highly recommend. esp if you have Verizon, take this with you to Europe.
