Your perfect companion: the Miele app gives you mobile control of your Miele domestic appliances and lets you keep track of everything – whether you are at home or away.

With MobileControl, you can control all network-enabled Miele domestic appliances quickly and conveniently using your smartphone or tablet. This means you can access your washing machine, dishwasher or oven at any time and select the programme, delay the start or select other options, for example.

RemoteUpdate - Always up to date
Do you want your networked home appliances to always be up to date with little effort? No problem - thanks to our RemoteUpdate function. Available software updates for your Miele domestic appliances are automatically available and can be installed upon request.

Consumption Dashboard - Transparency of usage and consumption data
Keep an eye on your water and energy consumption at all times. The Consumption Dashboard displays your water and electricity consumption data after each cycle, offers tips for a more sustainable use of your dishwasher and washing machine, and provides a personalized monthly report. Demonstration mode – Try out the Miele app even without any Miele domestic appliances
The demonstration mode in the Miele app provides a first impression of the range of possibilities for this app even if you do not yet have any network-enabled Miele domestic appliances.

Ratings and reviews

The Miele app works but is functionally almost useless. To start a load you still have to press start on the machine, so might as well just use the control panel to select the program (which is simpler than using the app). The app doesn't allow any useful like combining programs (e.g. immediately follow express 20 wash cycle with spin at cycle at 1400). The machine has to have app mode selected on its dial and that only stays active for 15 mins. I would like to able to set start time too.

Terrible app. No update since long. No effort done for your customers you force to go digital but have no idea how to use it yourself. Activate mobilestart. No clue where it goes. I can turn on the dishwasher itself from the app. But to start a Program, I need to activate something on the appliance itself and this is not described anywhere. Or if, please put the link here as an answer. Then you will get stars.

Utter rubish experience for a premium product. Absolutely dezastrous cheap app. In order to connect it asks for the physical serial number instead of identifying through bluetooth, like all the other brands and appliances do. Now for the final dissapointment, after you have set it up and decided the program, you have to PHYSICALLY PUSH THE WASHING MACHINE START BUTTON. Which beats the purpose of using remote connect in the first place. Buffled by the company's lack of digital competences.
