Pro tips:
• Gesture cursor control: Slide your finger across the space bar to move the cursor
• Gesture delete: Slide left from the delete key to quickly delete multiple words
• Make the number row always available (enable in Settings → Preferences → Number Row)
• Symbols hints: Show quick hints on your keys to access symbols with a long press (enable in Settings → Preferences → Long press for symbols)
• One handed mode: On large screen phones, pin keyboard to the left or the right of the screen
• Themes: Choose your own theme, with or without key borders

Ratings and reviews

This latest update had made it stressful to assess the emoji. You have to long press the comma before you can access the emojis. It's been quite inconvenient, I tried checking for the settings so as to be able to adjust it to how it was before, so as to enable easy access. I'd appreciate it if you can provide a solution or make this change. Thank you.

Gboard has helped me type in Yorùbá language. However, because the diacritical options are keyed to a particular letter, it is not easy using Gboard when fast-typing with ten fingers on a standard keyboard. In such a case, each accent or diacritical mark will need to be assigned to carefully selected keys for easy and fast typing. Gboard may need to develop that as a separate option. This is necessary for my language, Yorùbá. Almost every word in my language requires diacritical marks.

The app is good and is perfect for translating from any language, but I would be happy if you could add autocorrect. It would be great if you could add: 1. Autocorrect 2. Full stop commands 3. Question formatting It would be fine if you could make it an AI keyboard, an AI Gboard, so that any language or any mistake—where to put a full stop, a question, or a command—is handled automatically.
