This is the old app version that does not include any new features or general improvements. Its sole purpose is to facilitate your transition to the new NordLocker application. We encourage you to upgrade your account in app version 3.39.0 to unlock the full potential of NordLocker in new app from version 4.0.0.

For a paid service, this app is horrible. It keeps crashing, forgets my account name and biometrics, I keep getting file transfer notifications but when I check the app there's no actual transfers, and there's no Linux client. Also, I can't auto-sync folders. Bad experience all around. Do not recommend it, and I say this as a 3+ year user of nord products.

Very immature app. Especially the android version. Very slow, you can only select files to be copied by hand. You can not update files, it simply places a new copy. You can not see what files of your phone are copied and what not. You have to check every filename by hand. You can not auto sync files to the cloud. Files copied from the phone can not be seen on the PC. In windows you only see the filename. Double clicking on it sometimes downloads the file, but most often just gives an error.

terrible app and terrible service. The product has been useless for ages and all I see are apologises, but never any solutions. If you know the product is garbage and it remains unusable then compensate your customers. They shouldn't have to chase you to get their money back and especially when your app never worked to begin with.
