Ratings and reviews

The app has so many features which give you credits and seem like a good deal to not roll them over when you buy more or a membership. The free trial is not actually a free trial as you need to upgrade to a paid membership to use anything apart from the free passes. What is the point in the free trial then? I have no clue because the app is already free.

Count your credits carefully or class pass will rip you off! I used to love this app cos of getting member prices at multiple studios. however, now that I've been a member for 3 months, the credits have gone up so much that it is often 25% more than the casual pay-at-the-door price! when I contacted class pass, they said that's normal. what is the point of this app when it's cheaper to pay at the door??? class pass needs to set their credits so that they don't charge more than casual price, or

Been trying to contact someone regarding a payment. No one gets back to me, I get caught in an endless loop with chat bot and can never get though to a human. This apps been taking money from my account. My email address is not associated with an account nor can I see any subscriptions on the playstore. $75 every month is coming out of my bank and I have no idea how to cancel this.. especially when I can't find an email associated with any account.
