Beware of this scam I was told my monthly fee was $2.99 a month for life . Often they take out more. Today for example i was charged 4x normal amount. When you contact them, you never talk to the same person twice and they only part credit you when you query overcharge. I have had to contact them several times regarding overcharging and have never been correctly credited. When does this APP every update? NEVER! Avoid at all costs. It is a money grab scheme!

Did my research, outcome was great product. Setting up was not great. The issue came when I wanted to amend my subscription. Needed help (67 yr old), tried to contact support services without a code, but I could not locate the "get a code button" despite many attempts over days. I do not recommend this product as contact for help is so lacking. So frustrated. I have canceled my subscription and if I could get rid of totalAV altogether, I would. Outside the refund period now. That sucks.

It's a real antivirus, but hidden fees / fine prints: Antivirus: legitimate, but claims of how good they are is disputed (reddit) Price: be careful, price for the app is in fact a subscription (check bottom of payment page, not product price) - as you don't "subscribe", there's no trace, no confirmation email, no account. Contacting them is hard without an account - and they push hard to sell, using different tactics They just want to sell and use dodgy means which is why I don't trust them
