The customer service was USELESS. I tried to deposit my check to gotyme and it didn't proceed because of their 'technical issue', I've been complaining for almost 2 weeks and yet, nothing happened. They just told me to always wait 2-5 banking days and almost 2 weeks still nothing. always issuing a ticket but when you ask them to check my transactions about it, they will say that the ticket from the first agent was already closed, but my concern was ongoing. they just make you wait for nothing.

I've been using GoTyme for a while, and I'm really impressed. Opening an account was a breeze with just one ID, and I got my Visa debit card in under five minutes at the kiosk. I love earning points on every purchase, even when shopping online from international sites. The app is super easy to navigate, and free transfers to other banks are a huge plus. Plus, the low forex rates make traveling a lot smoother. Overall, GoTyme has made banking much more convenient for me.

So far, the app works well. I'm beginning to like the app due to minimal transfer fees, and limited free deposits every month. Easy to use plus you earn points. Please make updates so that we can remove accounts from favorites, and i hope we have an option to assign names of the billers, especially since I have 4 accounts with globe. It is easier to pay bills when they are labeled and to avoid duplicate payments.
