The customer service experience was so inconvenient. The number cannot be contacted from phone(If I'm wrong, then pkease fix it in your instructions since not all users are accustomed to this). I just received the card in less than a month and it got locked without telling me why, I cannot unlock it myself and tells me to contact customer service. First time I tried, it says all CSR are busy. The second time worked but the verification is not user-friendly as it does not offer alternatives.

The best digital bank app! The best feature for me is the "Recent" tab that other digital banks don't have. It's very convenient and a well thought out feature. Also, I like the message that appears whenever there is downtime or maintenance on other banks or partners. Of course, it's worth mentioning the 15 free transfers per week! Good job to the team behind this wonderful app!

Good for students, it's easy to navigate and stable for savings account. Of course, in saving money, bank choice is just second, the most important is the discipline and the habit of saving. This is so far great, based from my experience. Edit: been using it for almost 2 years, a lot of improvements and still recommendable.
