It is very slow and non responsive. Everytime I login, it asks for my biometrics even if I did not authorize it bdcause my phone's fingerprint sensor is not working. When I failed the biometrics login, I enter my password, but when I submit, it is just black. then the last time I got it, the loans schedule does not appear when you click it, it's always having an error.

Took a loan via Atome App and was approved, but when I tried to open their Uno Digital Bank app there was an error that ".... something is not working.Kindly try" I immediately raised this concern via hotline and they created me a ticket, it's been 2 weeks since my first call and I have been following up for about 4 times already and the same error occurs. None has been fixed and now they are sending messages cause the due date was in about 5 days from now though I haven't even used the funds!

DONT INSTALL THIS APP. SCAMMER APP. YOUR LIVE CHAT IS USELESS! UNO REPLY IS AUTOMATED. Dear Customer Support, I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the login issue I have been experiencing with my UNO Digital Bank account. Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive the error message: "Uh-oh, something weird happened. Keep calm and try again." Despite reinstalling the application, updating it to the latest version, and attempting to log in using my password instead of biometrics.
