Not recommended. There are lots of bugs and keeps on displaying error message "currently down". Its been 2 weeks since my balance went to 0 when I did not withdraw it and I cannot login to the application. I also sent my ID since they claim that my account has been locked yet no updates. Now, I cannot access their chatbot in the application and cannot call their customer service, always "The agent is in another call..."

Customer support through email seemed unresponsive. Telesales / marketing team does not follow through with their provided timeline of 7 to 10 business days when they offered a loan and processed the application through call last 11/28. If you follow up, no one responds, and makes you feel just a number in the queue to meet their daily quota. The communication part seemed lacking which somewhat affects the trust in using the app or service.

I tried to avail the approved cash loan thru the app but it's giving me an error message "hmmm... something is not working, kindly retry". It's been an ongoing issue since day 1, please fix this. Update: tried to reach out your CS team via chat however even them, they couldn't assist on how to fix the issue. How disappointing.
