Ratings and reviews

I've had an account issue upon account creation for more than a month now. I called numerous times and even chatted with their agents on the app and they kept saying the issue has been escalated to higher management and I should wait for an update from them. Up to now the issue has not been fixed. No email, no message. Nothing! They will only tell you to wait for another 3-5 banking days. They do not do anything to fix the issue from their end. Bad service!

This is the most stupid app that I have ever encountered in my life. I can see the latest reviews, you don't have the knack to fix your useless app? It is not working. I tried to register but it sent me to never ending looping. I have tried the OTP multiple times but it seems like the app would just send you through an abyss. I tried to clear cache and data of the app, uninstall and reinstall it, still, it never works! I would have rated this -5000 down the drain if I could. Waste of time!

Bugs out a lot. I highly suggest you look for other trusted banks to store your money. While it offers nice interest, when it comes to money, being safer is much more important. I currently have more than 10,000 PHP in bank and am unable to move them right now because of "identified potentially suspicious transaction" WHILE I was paying a Meralco bill 💀
