The ads playing every time you open the app or start a journey are very frustrating cause when the bus pulls into the station and the ad plays, I need to know if this is the bus I'm supposed to be taking and not miss it cause the ads aren't finished rolling. Or sometimes when I make the app run in the background and I open it again, I have to watch the same annoying ads over and over again. I'm okay with most ads, but this is a transport app, I need to be able to use it directly.

I keep getting the error message that planning a journey between regions is not supported. I'm selecting 2 locations in a major American city that are about a mile apart. How close to locations have to be to be supported by this app???? It's not very useful if it only supports locations less than a mile apart! (And it's not user error. I tried entering address, tried id-ing on the map, checked and rechecked the addresses.... same error message.) Useless.

The app keeps asking me to leave a review, so here goes. The actual navigation was fine, but recently it leaves out most of the bus options, as if the route doesn't exist anymore, even tho i clearly know it does. The constant ads are incredibly frustrating and render the app useless when you're in a hurry to go somewhere, you have to wait 10 seconds before clicking off and the x button is too small. I only use it because there are literally no other navigation options in my city.
