Ratings and reviews

As a long-term client, the application features are going backwards. ADIB removed features allowing clients to make additional payments on loans and finance, or to close them. These features used to be there for many years. Now you have to travel to the bank itself. If you're an expat like me, that is a huge inconvenience. However, ADIB application is happy for you to apply for as many financial services through the app, but no longer allowing clients to make payments. Huge disappointment.

Selling covered cards without explaining the limit on card. it was clearly mentioned to their sales person that I want to set a much lower limit. He responded that limit you can set from app. Now they have set it 3*times to my salary and call center inform me that only option to change is by visiting branch. wow

There is a lot of promotional material cluttering the app. A pop up for kids accounts that always shows when you open the app. Their cashback card is great. But none of their cards have Google wallet integration. Not a very android friendly bank.
