Doesn't work very well. No support whatsoever. Well, a week after submitting a ticket, I got a reply. No help. 3 weeks and new equipment not working, still don't have PtP. So I bought a different set for PtP, 5XHD. Can't even connect in the app, or thru IP. I have the dish's aligned with a laser at 40ft, (as instructed in reply) and no link. JUNK!

I bought 8 units for building up networks for security purposes. The app is terrible. The devices lost their static IP address during the installation, even several times. The funniest situation is that the device worked at the IP address I had saved but it has lost almost all parameters. It says AGAIN the network is DHCP but still it replies to http requests at the IP address I had configured earlier. Then it lost the device name and IP address together. username becomes back to ubnt. Terrible
