I have used this app for long time but now, all the devices configuration list disappeared and shows only device name and ID and no matter what I did, I could not restore it. I even removed and reinstalled the app. The other issue is getting assistance from yoosee is so difficult, and the only way is send a feedback through the app. I think it is about time to switch to something else because I cannot waste hours of my time trying to sort something simple out.

Overall the product is a good idea with a range of settings, adjustable for the customers requirements. HOWEVER. Having said that the recording function does not work properly. I have updated the product. Used different manufacturer discs for storage. Have tried different record settings. The disc is noted as slowly filling up. Yet when it comes to play back of any recording. No recording is found. Have formatted the disc using the camera and app to do so. Very disappointing not to get this

Great app, lots of features. However, I have lots of cameras, and many locations, and I would like to view more than 4 cameras simultaneously and I'd also like to have camera profiles, or groups, that can open and view quickly without having to select each camera manually. Thank you.
