Ratings and reviews

Regardless of the version, I still experience problems when joining a call from two devices (mobile and desktop apps) simultaneously, and I cannot do this with private group calls at all. Another major issue that still persists is that the incoming call notification in the mobile app always disappears right after the call is received. As a result, you have no chance to know about the call.

Works really bad for the last few months. 1. Highlights channels that there is a message, but doesnt load the messages for like 5-10 minutes. 2. When the messages finally loaded - doesn't mark the channels as "read". 3. Consumes traffic even no messages and no activity. App became unusable on the mobile. Desktop works fine. Update: I already wrote a review with issues. If you can't convert that into an internal ticket it's your problem. Not mine.

You must have a phone no older than 3 years old or they lock you out. I have over 300 popular apps on my phone and this is the ONLY one that doesn't work. My phone is still very nice. I'm not going to update it for one app. It's inexcusable for an app as integral to business workflows as Slack to kill support for past Android versions so quickly.
