The Deferit “Split bills in 4” feature is available in select states. We will inform you, based on your address, whether the “Split bills in 4” option is available to you upon onboarding. Split bills in 4 is subject to eligibility and a down payment may be required. The Credit Builder feature, Bill Savings and our bill management platform are available in all states.

Deferit charges a monthly membership. An application fee may apply. If an application fee applies it will be presented to you prior to joining. No lock-ins. All payments are subject to a processing fee of $0.99.

Basically it's a scam. They are impossible to contact and never provide a phone number, because they do not offer phone support, but yet, you will have your account restricted and be asked to provide very awkward forms of verification other than ID. I literally have a message attached to my account to contact them immediately--which I did, but it took them over a week to reply, even then, the issue remains unresolved. Save yourself. It's either a scam or they're just really bad at business.

my boyfriend put my on to Deferit. it has been a great help with getting my bills paid on time and not paying it all at once . I see the app has updated i just wish they show our available balance on the front so we can see what we have available to use to pay our bill. i only see it once i upload a bill. if that was displayed it would be even better. overall i love this app. my limit recently increased which is good but just want my available limit shown on the app when we log in.

I had an issue where I couldn't log in and it kept saying that a payment was due when it wasn't. Had to reach out to customer service a few times. Issue has been fixed. App comes in handy, especially when you have about 25 bills lol. After you make payments you can upload quite a few bills and it will tell you the amount and when you will pay before you accept. Also you can change date if need be. I would definitely recommend.
