I tried ordering something and have been waiting for almost 2 hours. no live assistant just an extremely useless virtual assistent that can't even help at all. no communication option with anyone and no means for a refund at this time because the order is stuck at the same delivery time. can't call the bakery because the phone isn't in service which isn't a fault of the app but i have literally no one to reach for this issue.

limited filters and horrible service. When I didn't receive my order I tried to contact customer service but with the horrible ai chat that repeats itself and the 'customer service link' that just leads to their FAQ I've just lost money and time.

Not sure how it happened but it just doesn't work properly. After an hour waiting (on three different occasions) I call the restaurant and each time they did not receive the order. They then make the order and expect us to still pay after 2,5 hours of waiting. How is that fair? EDIT: pizza was sent to a different adress, (right adress in confirmation email) cold pizza now on it's way. Awesome.
