App 1 Star, clothes 4 Stars. For the past couple of weeks the app will not even open. It opens to a blank screen whether I try from the app or from a text. The app is up to date. Also, your wishlist and cart from the app do not match your wish list and cart on your computer even though it is the same account. Uninstalling the app to avoid frustration.

Preface this by saying, I'm a loyal shopper when I like a company. I was interested in a onesie and downloaded your app to set up an account for this and future purchases. You'd think a company would make sign up easy, but you'd be wrong. Each time it asked for my email and I provided it, then it wanted the code they sent. Each time I went to retrieve said code, your app kicked me out of the sign up to start over. This went on to infinity until I uninstalled. You lost a potential customer.

Actually I guess I am rating the store and products most of all! I'm too old for most clothing (sadly), but they remind me of my youth and are perfect gifts for my DIL's, and granddaughters!. Pricey but unique. The app is overall pretty great! Sometimes I find problems with my cart mysteriously empty etc. but not often. Sale prices change often, and the same item is usually different prices depending on the color/print, so be diligent in checking out!
