It's the worst UI ever. I can't understand how this was approved to be released to be used by the users. Updates After my first feedback and downloading the supposedly completely new app, the experience is still really bad. The navigation through the app is bad, the back button does not work, keeps going in loops. I'm not going to talk about the website which is another nightmare. The load time is infinite and the login portal sometimes does not respond or the services are down.

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. I made a purchase through the app, and when I tried to add my bank account, I encountered an error during the OTP validation step. I reported the issue via email and attached a screenshot. After two days, I received a call from your team, and they claimed that the issue was my fault — stating that I entered the OTP after 5 minutes. However, in the screenshot I sent, it's clearly visible that the “Resend Code” timer was still active. Then how 😒

been using it over a year and i have experienced screen freezing this past 5 days and have yet to log in the app. it is just frozen on the front page and doesn't even bither loading towards the log in screen. just a black background with the logo is all that is showing.
