Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Content is great but the app is frustrating. Minimal control over notifications - simply on or off so we're stuck with 12 hour AND one hour warnings for scheduled sessions. Nav is confusing. Eg thumbnails change size depending on sub category. No way to go to the program (group) for the video currently showing. Duplicate videos in search. Scheduling is needlessly frustrating - app suggests one hour later than now. That's NEVER helpful. Should remember my last or have a configurable default.

Been using the Dynamic cyclist app for a few months now after continually getting frustrating injuries on the bike. I was told by someone in my cycling club to give it a go and I am now working my way both the stretching and strengthening programs. I can definitely start to feel the benefits and doing them daily is now part of my routine. They are so easy to follow and varied so it always keeps me motivated. I can't recommend it enough and with the free trial what have you got to lose!!

Excellent videos to help me be a better cyclist (and runner, too), improving my flexibility and strength. Workouts are short and simple, they are not hard to fit in whenever and wherever (e.g. a hotel room) with minimal equipment. Dumbells (or whatever weight is handy), elastic resistance bands and a strap (I have substituted my pants belt when I didn't have my usual strap handy) are about the extent of the equipment needed for the majority of routines I have done. Many, many routines!
