I am beyond frustrated at this app. It disconnected my card without a reason, wont let me reverify, but wont let me delete it to add a different one. I have money in savings I cannot access due to it, and ive spent 7. yes, SEVEN DAYS, trying to get assistance just for them to say "im stepping away for 45 minutes and will be back asap!" only to never get a message back. 7 days without once being able to confirm the issue with an advisor. I will not continue using after its solved.

please don't bother downloading thus app.they take forever to deposit your money and when you call them,they keep on saying there is a delay in processing of deposits,especially with your savings account. This is the worst savings platform ever.

The app does not open but offers options to open on other devices which is not my preference. Ended up deleting and not getting g to use the service because of the confusion.
