I can't login because it won't let me update my password. The message stated that my phone number is in use. I tried a reset and never received an email. This app worked well until the change. I haven't been able to get in since last year. The store personnel can't help because they don't know how to work the app. They tried pulling me up with my phone number, but nothing came up. I'm losing points because I can't this cleared up. Fix it!!!!

Not quick or easy. Every time I'm on my way to work, I'm trying to and it logs me out or asks for email verification or forgets my card or something, and then the UI itself is full of "add ons" (not drink mods, buy more stuff) and it makes it way too slow to do at a red light (what most people order ahead during). Mobile Order apps are for people who are busy and driving, and should reflect that lest they become dangerous or, ultimately, useless. Delicious smoothies, terrible app.

it's annoying. you can't just swipe back to what you were previously looking at, it will force you to the main menu where you gotta start over and hopefully remember where you left off at also when placing for delivery, there's no option to select an Apartment number for the address. I've left instructions with a driver who dropped it off at some random door without calling or texting me back. ( I guess they couldn't read....idk) but please make it easier to enter an apartment number.
