Second time this app not working...doesn't work! I was able to get in after I submit the tech ticket. Was working for few days. Few weeks later, I was going to check my annual checkup dates. Nope...same old message "We Could Not Verify Your Information." I did call the customer service..I'm very frustrated that they have me redo password, different browser etc. Garbage app...including the website.

Can't even finish creating the login. It asks to verify my email, so I have to leave the app to get the verification code only to have been sent multiple codes, and none of them work. Then, the app sent more codes with each attempt and finally blocked me from trying to verify my account, but I can't unblock it.

Tried to log in for my mother's BC MN plan and the app generated a screen indicating that it was the wrong app for her type of account, that we needed the BlueCrossMN app instead. This was odd since Blue Cross MN had sent my mother an email promoting the use of the Blue Care Advisor app based on her plan. It really seems the portal experience with BC MN, both through a browser or through apps, is faulty and flawed.
