Convenient banking in the palm of your hand. Bank from your home, the office, or on the go. All you need is your Online Banking Username and Password, if you don’t have one, enroll directly from the app, just choose “SIGN UP NOW” from the main screen.

Business customers contact your relationship manager to enroll if you haven’t already enrolled in Online Banking.

I literally can't even login even though I have a mobile banking account and can login on the computer. I have a screenshot that shows the only option is to sign up for a new account despite the fact that I went into the bank and had them set it up for me on the phone. This is my third attempt at removing the useless app and reinstalling. FURIOUS. Customer service was useless and I had to wait on hold over 40 minutes. I also did two instant transfers from computer thar did not go through.

VERY SLOW, TIMES OUT, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE!!!!! Since the "upgrade" the app is VERY SLOW opening and often "times out" and will not allow access to my account. The customer service through the app is never answered. Worst customer service ever! BEWARE, DO NOT bank with Belize Bank...Read ALL the negative comments ...they're TRUE! Let this review WARN others

I just updated the app just now and I can't log in and its the second time updating it since I can't use it if I don't update BUT NOW ITS JUST NOT WORKING . VERY INCONVENIENT
