I have had a horrible experience ordering on this platform. Delivery status advised wait time will be 1 hour. It turned into two hours, then three, and finally, i canceled the order after 6 hours of waiting. There is no cancel order on the app, and you have to phone customer support or send them an email. I would recommend the email as the response was faster. I also had a problem where my account wasn't synced on their database as I could not log into my account on their website.

Disgusting service from PnP on this app. They do not show if stock is available or not. You will only find out after order, it is VERY inconvenient. The helpline can do NOTHING for you if you call them. Rather use CHECKERS, they show stock availability, you can chance/cancel orders on the fly, the will return the delivery fee and item cost if more than 80% of your order is not delivered. They will also fully refund you if you are not happy with an item. PnP is pathetic!

Since my first use of the PnP ASAP app, things have gone backwards. My last order I actually cancelled because they took too long. Maybe I got spoiled by Checkers Sixty60's amazing efficiency, but when I placed my order at 10am and Pick 'n Pay didn't even bother to start shopping for it after more than an hour, I cancelled my order. And now I'm struggling to get my refund back. The amount is sitting in my app's wallet. PnP ASAP needs to go look at the competition to see how to run things.
