your Sweet Rewards program, meaning earning rewards is easier than

Rewards: The Sweet Rewards Loyalty Program allows you to earn 1 point
for every $1 spent at any participating location. Once you reach 50 points,
you will be rewarded $5 towards a future order. You will also have access
to flavor announcements, exclusive offers and receive a birthday treat!

Order Online for Pickup: Skip the line and order ahead!

Add Missed Points: If your App or phone number was not used on your
recent visit, you can claim your points using your receipt.

Ratings and reviews

The app needs some upgrades. I don't like the fact that each time, I must pick and choose the nearest location rather than keeping my favorite one as a default. Also, the payment method is not saved and must be entered manually. It's not practical when you are trying to place an order in a hurry. Coupon can't be used while ordering online, yet they will give you coupons with each purchase. I end up ordering in person in order to use the coupon. Other than that, it's functional.

App is slow to load and very rarely remembers login info. The only thing this does is keep track of reward points. If you remember and if you don't mind passing your phone back and forth with your sticky hands to the server's sticky hands while the poor person is trying to process your payment, make your order and take orders through the drive-thru. Kinda feel like a jerk usin' it. App cannot process payments, take online orders, provide menu items or prices.... Maybe someday?

Love the ice cream but Bruster's needs to fix the app or not have an app at all. I created an account but can't use the bar code to track points. I had a reward for opening an account, however, I could not use because there was no bar code for the store to scan. The store tried my phone # and my account wasn't coming up. Horrible experience with the app!!!
