The app itself for controlling the watch is pretty good. The fitness info it gives you is so bad it feels like someone who has never exercised just slapped it out. It isn't compatible with Google Fit, though it says it is. It's not compatible with Apple Health, though it says it is. It barely helps you track your data over time, you'll end up using a calculator and paper to figure out if you're doing better or worse. The black background is stupid. The tide function actually works great.

It's OK, even thought it links up to Strava and Google fit, it doesn't sync the info regularly, or even properly. It doesn't even track steps correctly, I've had cheaper devices that did a better job. The GPS is very slow at connecting as well, so when you want to track something, it doesn't capture everything properly. It doesn't matter how many updates you do, they all still suck.

The app would be wonderful if it was ever accurate. It used to always be short by 0.3 miles and now is 0.2 miles over. It's never consistent and always has to be reconnected. When i enter 3.00 miles it will record it as 2.99 miles. It had my birthday wrong by one day. I select it, but when I hit done, it changes to the day before. Plus, you can't correct the route. I ran today and it missed a big part of the run but I couldn't change it. Even though it missed a section it still over calculated.
