App continues to get worse. Getting prompts that my device will no longer be supported despite being several versions newer than the oldest supported OS. Improved UI to some extent, less of an iframe and more of an app. Still terrible security given it's not true MFA, and forcing a phone call is no better than sending an SMS. CCU needs to stop thinking they are better bc they send a more annoying automated voice call over SMS. Let us use hardware tokens and stop this potemkin village security.

App is easy to use. Sometimes it is slow to load pages like the rewards-checking status page which tells you how close you are to completing various steps to earn higher interest. Some external links are constantly being severed and need password resetting. But overall it does what you need it to do.

Over a year, multiple updates super slow, and they refuse to fix security issue of Android back button not signing out, leaves the app open in the background. Great Lakes CU has far superior app. And they fixed the sign out as soon as they noticed it. CCU doesn't seem to care NO WAY TO EXIT! FIX THIS! New update! back button no longer works doesn't exit, and back button still doesn't exit!
