EASIER APPLICATION
Check if your area is serviceable – For your total convenience, the GoFiber App lets you check if your area is available for service. Just input your necessary information, including your exact location to self-verify if your area is serviceable.
Fill up the application form – You can easily fill up the necessary details to begin your application. This will not take so much time, all thanks to the user-friendly interface.
Choose plans and add-ons suitable for your needs – Get a detailed look at the plans suitable for your needs. You may also peek at the available add-ons that will significantly enhance your pure fiber internet experience.
Upload files to submit requirements – Easily upload required documents to continue the application process, then verify your given email to complete the application

CHECK STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION
Quickly check your application status by inputting your reference number. The app will specifically tell if you have any pending document that needs to be submitted, or if you are good to go for a connection.

MOBILE DASHBOARD
With the convenient access to the mobile dashboard, you can easily preview the following:
Monitor the number of devices – See the number of devices connected to your modem.
Modem Temperature – Check if your modem is at its ideal temperature for optimal processing power.

I don't know what's happening but the app is not working properly. I log in today to check my bills & payment but the app just loading infinitely. I try to log in using the website but still the same. No details showing on the dashboard and bills & payments. Please fix it. I need to get my SOA and OR last month and also to pay the bills this month. 🫤 I'll change my review after the fix.

After the update, my payments were never posted, and I haven't received an SOA. The OR has the wrong account number, and the customer service lied to me, saying there was an update that changed/updated our account number. After a painful discussion with cs, that's the only time I get my OR.

If there's a zero rate this maybe zero. Before the update, you can see how many devices is connected to your internet, the temperature of the modem and the signal strength, now all of it is gone. The customer service is also hard to contact. They also change their policy that they will disconnect your net after 2 days of being behind. I tried to request to change my due date since my salary date is every 15 and 30 but instead they put it on 27 and said that they can't change it.
