Dunkin’ Rewards members earn points any way they pay – cash, credit/debit, Dunkin’ Card or Google Pay. Dunkin' Rewards members can setup auto-reload so their Dunkin’ Card never runs out of funds.

Loved this app for years but haven't been able to log into my account for a year and a half because it says my password is incorrect and despite multiple attempts to use the password reset link over this past 1.5 years, the reset email never comes to my inbox (or junk folder). The worst part of all this is that there's no way in the app or on the website to contact support without logging in *which I cannot do* so I haven't even been able to contact support about it!

Always issues with the store not having stuff in stock even though the app shows it is and gives coupons for things that aren't carried. When you order it and they don't have it, it is virtually impossible to get a refund for the item- sometimes they even just replace it with something completely different regardless of asking you if it's something you would even like. Another great example of something that is supposed to make your life easier and ends up making it 10x harder.

Garbage app as it always has been. Declined my payment. I checked Google Pay, logged in to my bank, checked credit cards, perhaps there were emails from my bank to approve the transaction. I added another credit card and nothing. Apparently the reason was that the location did not have one item and kept declining the payments without information. After finally processed the payment I made a test and and made a new order with a missing item. The app again would allow to add it. Pathetic.
