The app used to work fine, but suddenly wants a phone number associated with the account, and won't allow use without one. My phone number has been associated with the account for years, and has worked just fine to receive text alerts about purchases, etc. Now they won't accept that number they've been using for years, and I can't log in with the app at all.

I have tried at least 10 times to redeem my points to no avail. Go to rewards and a never ending start loop (rotating circle) begins and never ends. Finally went to website and was able to redeem my points. Didn't bother with tech support because the APP is the problem. Going to uninstall because other problems (various other errors) also exist!!!! Website works pretty good.

This is the worst app. It never saved any login info and always made me answer a security question every single time I logged in. Of course, that was when I could still log in! Now the login screen won't even load. Absolutely terrible. The performance (or lack thereof) of this app may actually make me cancel the credit card. Please, spend a little money and hire someone who knows how to set up apps!!
