This chain, at least from my perspective, should be in desperate need of ANY kind of rewards system, or hell, at least a single deal ever, because their food is super expensive. This app has one basic function of ordering ahead. That's it. This is the kind of thing a Five Guys fan or regular would actually utilize, so I'm surprised they feel no need to put together any kind of loyalty program or anything at all. Good app, great food! But, back to the app. It was good when it first came out, and it still is - good. But in 2021 we could use some great updates, and specifically some additional options and features. How about a notes feature for the food preparers? Serving instructions? For instance - I live about 20 minutes from my local FG's. By the time I get home, my lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles are warm and wilted. I want that stuff crunchy, cool and ready to be stacked. It would be great to have an option for the vegetables to be put in their own tin container (for us non-bun people), or foil. Also, this is long over due: can we please get the option to add our FG's gift certificates in a wallet within the app so I don't have to keep those numbers with my all the time? I'd like to add them for use when I need to, and not have to concern myself with a payment method when it's time to check out. Thanks!
