This app has gotten worse. You used to be able to choose either "extra" or "light" for ingredients (e.g. extra pickles, light onions), but now you only have two choices - take it or leave it. No matter how far in advance you submit your order, they don't start your fries until you walk in the door. This is both good and bad. Five Guys takes a lot of pride in their french fries, and rightfully so, so waiting to make them ensures that they're as fresh and crisp as possible when you get them.

App worked so well for pickup or delivery but it is now broken. I unintalled. Redownloaded it. Tried it on my husband's phone and we get the same error when trying to log in or reset our password. It's a huge long error code. It says there are no five guys near my address which is not true. I have ordered from there before. I have to use doordash for my orders from them now which probably earns five guys less money on my purchase with the fees doordash keeps. Please work on your app!

Ordered delivery for $32, had it go out to delivery, only for it to never be delivered. No info on this app for me to try to get a refund, only a website form through a link on the order confirmation email to submit a "compliment or complant" which I doubt the company looks at often, so that's $32, 1 or 2 meals, down the drain. Very disappointing.
