copy and paste function from home screen includes a space before the number, causing the final digit to be cut off when attempting to use the card number online. I contacted support, they told me to restart my phone and that they were unable to escalate my request to the right team. obviously this did not solve the issue. I then posted this review and the response asked me to use Facebook or Twitter, neither of which I use, to contact support. beyond unhelpful

This was a useful app showing points and usage but as others have said in the past few weeks (December 2024)it's now impossible to log in as you always get an error message. Even if you try with a PC it doesn't work. Frustrating! Thankfully you can still collect points and use them with the card or if you know the number for Smart Shopping using the hand scanners.

This app (and the whole shopping experience) has become needlessly overcomplicated. You're now expected to manually unlock personalised offers each week and if you forget, you pay more. On top of that, in-store "Scan & Shop" checks are increasingly intrusive. I was made to unload my entire trolley like a criminal, despite scanning everything properly. Enough is enough. I've deleted the app and won't be shopping at Sainsbury's anymore.
