I've had a ringconn ring for over a year now. I have seen the UI changes for better and for worse. While I can appreciate the ability to use this tracker without a subscription, I heavily question the accuracy. Quite often the sleep data is inaccurate. It'll say I've been sleeping when I'm reclined reading a book, or just reclined and meditating. And it doesn't adjust its algorithms for irregular sleeping patterns either. Really displeased with the performance and persistent bugs of the app.

Overall Ringconn has been okay. My, biggest issue is the sleep. it seems to collect when I wake and fall asleep but it does a terrible job sensing when I wake up in the middle of the night. there will be sleepless nights and I'm awake for an hour and it won't catch it at all. It's all the time too. It just does a really poor job with sleep. everything else seems okay.

I really wanted to like this but now all I want is to go back in time and buy an Oura... The ring doesn't actively sync with the app and only does so for a short period of time after opening the app. This means no activity notifications or anything like that. I've done the suggestions, letting it run in the background, not letting it be optimized for battery, persistent connection... none of this works. Again, I REALLY, wanted this to be a great product but it's inferior to the Oura in every way
