absolutely terrible. need to modify my flights, trip suddenly needs to be ten days shorter. I paid EXTRA and bought flexi tickets for this reason. everytime I go to modify, it throws an error! it won't let me change my flight. Online, on my laptop, on my phone, on the app, on my ipad!! whatsApp chat is no help and since I'm out of Malaysia I don't have the cell service to call! had a friend call for me, stuck on hold. already sent an email, no response. what am I supposed to do!?!

What is wrong with your App, I just booked a flight from Lahore to Kuala Lumpur today and I am already on the payment page it the CAPTCHA is ok and even the OTP for the payment and then it flashed a message that " You've been blocked" and then took the money away from my account. This is unbelievable!

This is the WORST airline app, even compared to MAS and AirAsia. The clean and minimalist front page is a complete lie. The second you try to do anything, it throws a torrent of needless hassle at you. It is PATHETIC that I cannot see my own booked trip without being forced to manually key in every single detail. This is 2025! A company this large has zero excuse for this level of incompetence. FIX THIS NOW!
