About this app

The Honeywell Connect Me app gives authorized users access to the Honeywell TC500 Thermostats in their commercial buildings. Remotely monitor sites, schedules, settings, and override controls. Add and configure devices, manage users and more – all from a mobile device.

Standard Features include:

Self-Sign up and add thermostat using BLE
Complete site management for multiple thermostats
User Management - add and remove users - with assigned roles
Thermostat Management, and set basic configuration
View current temperature, occupancy, humidity, mode and setpoint
Site information, view one thermostat at a time, see name and online/offline status

Ratings and reviews

PAINFUL! the first of five thermostats I tried to register went fairly well. I used the app to try to register the other four thermostats after they were installed. I did not have much success until I changed the names of the thermostats, at the thermostat, using all lowercase and no spaces or special characters. I could not register two thermostats in a row without closing the app and restarting it. I did not see a way to reorder the thermostats. This definitely needs some more tweaking.

Absolute garbage app. To-date I've never been able to connect a thermostat to it; not via QR scan nor manual entry. The fact that you have to also have a Honeywell email account created is also laughable; what a dud from what's supposed to be a huge company. I can't wait until we can get rid of this thing and move over to a more robust BACnet integration.

Very poor experience. Here are a few issues. 1. Special schedule has a name field, but after saving it always reverts to a generic name. 2. The admin app Honeywell Connect Mobile has different rules about which characters you can use to name a thermostat. Despite both apps being part of the same ecosystem. (I un-installed that app because it is even worse) 3. You can only program one setpoint for Occupied which is very limiting. 4. It's slow 5. I cannot modify the order of the thermostats. FAIL!
