Smood is one of the leading home delivery companies in Switzerland. Founded in Geneva in 2012, Smood now operates in the 25 largest cities in Switzerland.

Initially specialising in home meal delivery, Smood quickly expanded into other areas. With a vocation to be the Swiss Army knife of home delivery, Smood now offers thousands of products for delivery across several categories (groceries, florists, wine shops, parapharmacy and beauty, etc.), all in partnership with emblematic local or national brands.

We are committed to an ongoing process of social responsibility. Smood is one of the only companies in the Swiss home delivery sector where all the delivery staff are employed by the company. As such, the teams benefit from working conditions guaranteed by a Collective Labour Agreement, governed by Swiss law. Where should I start: I think so far only 5 of my 12 orders have been delivered on time. They are being super vague as to why there is a delay (due to a busy shift...) and they never give you a rough estimate how much longer it takes nor a way to contact the restaurant. Also, their customer service costs almost 1 CHF per minute, wth. And today I had to go pick up the order myself, yet I still paid the delivery fee. I originally liked the app because it accepts my lunchcard. Not like this, tho.

Great until it's not... The app works relatively well and so does the service, but there are a few issues. The biggest is that if you do a mistake with your order, the app tells you to solve it by calling them. The call is 1 CHF per minute (!). I waited for 5 and then the call ended without me speaking to anyone. On the website, however, there's a live chat, and 30 minutes after I wrote there, I got a solution... Also, if a delivery person calls, it's from their own number, often French (costly)

App is worse now than in its previous versions !!!! Takes ages to open ... Ages to order, and you' re lucky if I the food arrives with less than 35 minutes delay ...And when you need a quick intervention from the customer service, you need to pay 0.99 cents a minute for the call !!!!! Too bad, it was a good idea, but you' ve missed the goal.
