This application is worst, I can't connect to my Jio Router through this application, it is showing Invalid RSN. I had contacted Jio Helpline and Technician are also assigned, but no one from Jio Team can help me to my concern. Very poor team helpline. Not a single one can resolve my issue. I recommend everyone choose another service provider like Airtel, BSNL. And I know after this comment, Jio Team will not reply me. Heads off to Jio!! Poor Service

one of the worst app out there, no clear information, most of the time says something went wrong when you enter OTP. there is no way you can talk to customer support on call as they know there will be lot of problems so let's not allow them to talk to customer support. live chat is only there so you can waste your time.

Don't recommend Work from Home employees. I've had a terrible experience with JioAirFiber due to frequent disconnections over the last two months. I've called customer support more than 20 times in the past two days, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, a service engineer is promised, but they don't arrive, even if they come seem unprepared and shift the responsibility to someone else who never shows up. They even change my scheduled appointment times without notice. Worst Service.
