TERRIBLE APP! It won't recognize your web login info. To create an account on the app you must give your date of birth -- but you can't enter numbers, you can only open a calendar which defaults to today's date and has no way of changing the year! All you're left with is to scroll back, one month at a time. I chose to uninstall the app instead of scrolling through some 700+ months. RIDICULOUS!

Update: Sucks *ss. Don't get involved with this BS. Just run. Gathering the information they want is excessive, and it kicks me out every month. The first time you sign up is different from the second. Update: I had to sign up from scratch for the 3rd time, and it will not accept my NAME. This app is a waste of time.I have done 3 dr visit and 2 phone calls over 3 months and still don't have 4 out of 6 matainace meds.

When you go to the payment section, it won't let you scroll down on the Android app to hit continue and therefore you can't make the appointment. I have to go to the website instead of the app, so I can do this. Seems like an easy fix but truly disappointed.
