Misleading transaction history There are marketing prompts at all times, including when you write your card details to make a payment. Then you have to srart all over again. :) Misleading interface - the app suggests I have a next payment despite that I had just made my last loan repayment. This made me contact support. Bad bravado

doesn't matter of the combination the pin still gets rejected 😕 doesn't contain birth dates doesn't contain sequencing numbers and I don't like apps that like to choose what's safe for me and what Isn't. Thanks for the answer but im not willing to make calls my intention was to tell you to fix that bug and if there is no chance to fix it with pin code make it possible with password. This app still doesn't work properly.

Using Neon more than a year. Many issues throughout that period... now I'm in South Korea and cannot log in. It gives "something went wrong" and thats all... even using rouming... uninstalled and installed it and now it wants me to indetify me.. its like wants me to create new account. Made 100BGN rouming fee trying login in this f. app and nothing worked. All other bank applications I have work flawlessly over WiFi, only this one is having issues...
