I would rate it even lower if I could. They have the Skip/Next button on the very bottom right corner of the screen, and you literally cannot select it. You have to in order to get past the initial start up instructions, but the app's placement of Next is beyond incompetent. Even with the screen protector removed, you cannot select Next to actually use the app. Beyond ridiculous.

Hi! This was a bug that was released with out latest version. The fix is currently in testing and will be released very soon.

I've been using this app for a few years with my Chiropractic office. With the recent update the barcode moved from a prominent place in the bottom tool bar to a hidden menu. Why did you think this was the best place for it? We use this to check in to our appointments. It was in the best place with such easy access. Now users have more picks in a menu. This is not efficient. Can't you make the bottom bar scroll left to right? Then the actions most users do are quickly available.

Hi! This is a bug that will be resolved in the next release. The reason this happened was we updated the bottom tabs to show what each user (or office) uses the most. This makes it so that users don't have to use the side menu for the stuff they use the most. Hopefully the fix will be out this week!

I really like this app. It is a very convenient tool. I kind of wish I could use it more! But, there's one thing about I don't love; well maybe 2 things; okay 3 things! It doesn't put the address of the location of the place you're scheduled to go to on your Google Calendar. That would make it easier to put the information in my GOOGLE GPS on Maps from wherever I may happen to be. And, I can't EDIT or SHARE anything pertaining to my scheduled event on my Google Calendar once SKED is synced.
