Worst service experience ever, the company is not helpful and took my money because I didn't answer the phone for 10 minutes even though the instructions were left very clearly so they don't have to call. they canceled my service and didn't issue any refund as this is 'per their contract'

My experience with this company has been quite negative. I previously had a poor experience with them, but I failed to learn from it and ended up taking another contract for their hourly cleaning service, only to face the same issues again. They impose their terms without considering your convenience, and they exhibit a lack of attention to your requests. To make matters worse, their support 'help' agent is unhelpful, cutting off any conversation and insisting that I didn't read the contract.

The app is very useful and easy to use. It is one of the best apps in this kind of business. It would be very nice if; - More details about the worker are indicated in the CV, such as her weight...etc. - It would also be nice to have a bigger picture that is clearer. - I also don't think it is good practice to have to pay first in order to receive details about workers that are not available immediately.
