Ratings and reviews

This app is really poorly designed. There is no card guard, so one cannot turn off their debit card in case of fraud. Every log in, you must do a two-factor authentication which contains about 5 steps. There is no section to edit one's personal details such as phone numbers. There is no ability to quickly see one's balance without fully logging in. The whole user interface is years outdated. It's just quite disappointing.

Horrible app that does not work. Have had VNB just a few days. I read the app reviews and noticed all the 1 star reviews. Now I see why. You cannot enable fingerprint to login every time you try it says authentication failed and you have to enter username and password. Then you have to enter the one time notification code. I got locked out on day two after I had entered everything correctly. Called user support to unlock my account and highly suggested they read the user reviews and fix it

I would give this app 5 stars EXCEPT that after you go through all the trouble of setting up quick access, quick access only works 2 or 3 times before the app reverts back to requiring input of all your login details again. It just will not stay in quick access mode for more than 2 or 3 uses. It's very irritating and unnecessary. From the number of stars from other reviewers, it appears that our complaints go unread or are unimportant.
