Buggy. The account feature doesn't work. I try to register but it says my phone number is already registered. I click reset password using my email address, but no email ever arrives. I enter my phone number which is apparently already registered to forgot password and it crashes the app. The error message says that there is a bug with MiPermit and a developer will sort it out. When? Also sometimes have issues with payments not going through since have to leave app to verify payment with bank.

I've been using the App for a few years, but recently it's just stopped working well. The main issues are, the App has a bug that causes it to crash often, you can't reset your password if you forget, the App sometimes just has text from the settings menu on the main page, so you can't do anything, then you restart, and it crashes. Annoying that you have to use this App to book parking. I am using new (2024) Samsung phone, so I doubt that's the issue.

it is more difficult to use than Ringo app and because of this I got a parking ticket. It would be better if when you are selecting an area to park in it told you what the times were that you need to pay eg: 8am -6pm. the Ringo app is better easier and I've never had any problems with it.
