Terrible app, terrible device. I was able to connect to the device in the beginning (turn off my mobile data, there's a lag when connecting to the Bebird wifi) but after a few uses, the camera just stopped working. What a waste of money. I've rebooted the device, reinstalled the app. nothing works

PLEASE ADD BACK ORIENTATION LOCK! I guess the app on my phone got "grandfathered in" to keep the setting, but my husband just downloaded the app and cannot access the setting. It's so much more dangerous to use when the screen keeps the camera locked to always look like you're holding it right- side up. You have no idea if you need to move the scoop left or right, up or down, because it's relative to what the camera thinks is up, not what you know to be up. They REALLY need to add this back.

For some strange reason my reviews keep disappearing from Amazon and the app store... The tool heats up very fast, I don't know if that's what causes the freezing or the app. The attachments are cheap, bending and block the camera. If you have any ear hair, you won't be able to see much. You're supposed to be able to use it for nose and mouth as well, but the app doesn't have modes for it. It forces you to use an ear left/right mode which warps the image.
