The app suddenly stopped working, like it canāt even feel the server connection. and despite all the attempts to make sure thereās no issue with the phone or the internet, itās still stuck on the appās welcome screen without changing. The app has gone from bad to worse, even though every update is supposed to improve performance. Honestly, these are continuous failures from the biggest bank in Egypt, unfortunately.

The worst banking service I have seen in my life, my subscription to the service was stopped for no reason and now they ask me to go to the bank to activate it and stand in line for hours for nothing, and they lied that you can activate the service self-from the website, I hate this bank very much and I don't recommend dealing with it
