It used to work great but about 3 weeks ago they updated the app to a new format and it continues to say error and that I don't have enough hours. When it clearly shows I have money to borrow. I've been on the phone on and off for weeks. No help! They said that I'm in the system twice and someone will fix it and get back to me. No one has got back to me. Can someone contact me!

Its okay for the moment. I dont like the fact that when its the last day of the pay period, the app doesnt update. Pay day is still 11 days away. Call customer service and they want to ask if I had trouble with my timesheet, um no, this has happened twice already, as our employer just started using this company.

I was able to use the app once and now it will not let me log in. It will either keep saying almost done on the login screen after I enter in my information or it will just straight up say I do not have an account.
