It works well enough. I have had issues with being able to adjust the amount because of wanting hot water. There is a way to do it, but it took 3 tries to figure it out. There should be some guidance with that. There have also been times when my load was long done, and it was still showing up on the app as in use. Removing a finished load under the "started by me" doesn't always work. It takes a few tries. The time on the app and the time of the machine almost never match. Still works ok.

Constantly have to reboot my phone to make it work. Stopping the app, clearing cache, clearing user data, reinstalling from scratch, none of it worked. Dunno what they changed but this experience is terrible. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5. EDITED AFTER THEY RESPONDED : I try the contact us button on the app but it takes me to a chat bot that only Bluetooth scans for machines, claims it finds none, asks how was the support experience, and doesn't understand "I want to talk to a person"

Convenient, but flaky. Sometimes it has to scan two or three times to find the machine the phone is sitting on. QR code reader doesn't always work. Neither does the option to enter the machine number. I still keep quarters as backup. It estimates the time left in the cycle, but is often wrong by about ten minutes, so i ignore that. Frequently asks for reviews.
