The app work only once. I made an order and the order was processed and received. The pizza arrive, but the order didn't end. It says that the order is still being cooked and since you can only have one ongoing order, the app just don't work anymore. I tried contacting customer service and they say that the order is already done on their side and that they can't do anything. So the app is now useless for me

went to order delivery only to get hit by "not delivering at this time please choose another time or date" without any information when can the restaurant is available for delivery. if you want to order in odd hours you better go with domino

Not going any better. Just upgraded a while ago, hoping my issue would be fixed. My last order's status still 'on delivery'. It was made on last promo on 17th August 2019. It failed to deliver on time when i was having guests in my home. Payment has been made but no points added to my account even though i got my order in the 'next day', because they said i can't cancel the order. No compensations either.
