Does not work with Quantums current pods!!! Even the in home tech could not get it to work! Later when I called support, he said it didn't work for newer wifi 7 equipment, then hung up on me. Only reason I wanted the app was to get my smart devices (2.4) connected. Apparently now it's impossible. Goodbye to hundreds of dollars in smart lighting, cameras etc!

Absolutely braindead app. ISPs think that a mobile app is an acceptable replacement for network configuration pages, and then they shove apps like this down your throat. I am unable to log into my account- the app refuses to load and insists I am offline, which is clearly not true as I am posting this review on my phone! Probably going to switch ISPs just because of this.

Terrible experience. Even with the tech in my home, I was unable to log in to this 360 WiFi app. I waited a full week for installation of a higher speed system (while payment had already been withdrawn from my account), and now I can't rename the ntwk or change the PW! It is so frustrating not to have full use of the network because I am depending on a mobile app that can not "find my account!?!"
