hard to separate the app from the experience. if your traveling over seas, specifically Asia priority pass is generally pretty good. if your traveling domestic usa, it's basically worthless. if your traveling from a US based airport it's going to show a bunch of lounges in the international terminal, and you think it's gonna be great. you get there and none of them will accept the card. I guess you can say priority pass really has a consistency issue, and it's getting worse over time.

Not worth it if it doesn't already come with a credit card. Even the it is meh. Most of the lounges seem to never be accessible from the airport terminals my flights end up in. Regardless of domestic or international flights. Prime example... I'm in Venice and can't access Marco Polo lounge because it was placed on the other side of customs and no accessible from the tiny terminal. Not the apps fault, but maybe make a complaint to make these lounges more accessible.

They make it extremely difficult to navigate the app. So much run around and when trying to reset password, they don't even send an email. Oh, you can't get anywhere? Contact support and we'll get back to you later. How convenient because I'm at the airport NOW Furthermore, when you email them, they just send an auto-response with the help article pertaining to my problem. The help article doesn't help as I need HUMAN assistance. On top of this, when you call them, the call drops. FFS
